Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Rozek Industries Ltd for your use of Leanspresso. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. This agreement also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app.

1. Who we are

Leanspresso is provided by Rozek Industries Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Leanspresso. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. What Leanspresso does

Leanspresso lets you log meals by photo, voice, text, or barcode and uses artificial intelligence to estimate calories and macronutrients, track budgets and trends, and record related data such as weight and water. Nutrition figures are estimates.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Leanspresso offers a free tier and paid Pro and Max subscriptions, available monthly or annually. Prices are shown in the app and on our pricing page before you buy.

• Subscriptions are billed through the store or processor you purchase from — the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe on the web.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Your payment method is charged for renewal at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings, or — for web purchases — through the billing portal linked in your account.
• Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store or processor you purchased through. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload content you have no right to share, or that is harmful or infringing.
• Resell, redistribute, or misrepresent the service.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the meals, photos, recordings, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the app’s features — including sending it to our AI service providers for analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit.

8. Intellectual property

The Leanspresso app, brand, and software are owned by Rozek Industries Ltd and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal use, subject to these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its nutrition estimates will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rozek Industries Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the app’s estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Leanspresso and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

12. Apple App Store

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it. You also agree to comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
